To involve service users in their holistic person-centred care plan involving family members and carers.
To empower service users to live as independent a life as possible, by working with them to promote and, where possible, increase their independence.
To provide services that are anti-discriminatory, by treating all with dignity and respect.
To provide a service that considers service users’ preferences, wishes, personal circumstances, and individual abilities and encouraging them to be involved in the development of the service.
To provide our service users with support of the highest quality and ensure that trained and competent staff provides support to access all community services available to them.
To promote healthy living, encouraging balanced diet and physical exercise. Also, by ensuring that a safe clinical environment is maintained, and premises are checked for improvement.
To be approachable, friendly and accommodating. To carry out annual service user’s satisfaction surveys and use this feedback to continually make improvements.
To respect and maintain the principles of confidentiality for all out tenants, treating all with dignity, respect and honesty.
